Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) at the Conservatory is offered for children age 0-4 years old. This class builds upon concepts and skills rooted in the Suzuki method, in which the caregiver plays a central role in all activities. Caregiver attendance is required (one caregiver for each student participating). This class provides a pressure-free environment for children to learn music utilizing the “native-tongue” approach. This class uses repetition of fun rhymes and songs to lay the foundation for speaking and reading, along with interactive games that are sure to put a smile on the faces of parents and children alike.
OUR SPRING SUZUKI EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CLASS IS FULL! ENROLLMENT IS NOW CLOSED. PLEASE CHECK BACK THIS SPRING FOR INFORMATION ON REGISTERING FOR OUR SUMMER AND FALL SESSIONS!
In the event of any student absence, please notify your instructor in advance. After the second consecutive missed class without notice or contact, the student may be dismissed and the date of the second missed class will be considered the official withdrawal date. All withdrawal policies will be followed.
Students are encouraged to be on time. Students who are late for class cannot be guaranteed their full class time.
Omaha Conservatory of Music reserves the right to dismiss any student without a refund due to frequent absences, disciplinary problems, overdue tuition payments, and/or noncompliance with the Conservatory's policies.
Group class tuition payments are due 5 days prior to the first class session. Class tuition is non-refundable after this point, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Our annual tuition, which includes 40 weeks of private instruction plus the opportunity to attend dozens of Conservatory events at no additional cost, doesn't cover the total cost of your musical education here. If you would like to help us cover the remaining 30 percent, please give what you can — or consider being a recurring donor to support our mission all year long!Donate now!
