How to Get Started

Welcome to the Omaha Conservatory of Music! We are eager for you to begin your musical education. 

Here are some easy steps to get started:

  2. or, Send us a message here
  3. or, Come visit us between the hours of 10am-5pm (Mon-Fri)

JoAnna will answer any questions you may have and give you the names and contact information for artist faculty who have openings in the instrument of your choice.

  1. Next, call your potential teacher(s), ask any questions you might have, and find out available times in his or her schedule for your lesson. (If you would like to observe potential teachers before enrolling, you can use this opportunity to schedule a time to do that too!)
  2. Be sure to register in the office with JoAnna before your first session.
  3. Come introduce yourself to Ruth Meints, the director of the Omaha Conservatory!
