Tuition

Tuition is based upon the instrument being studied, as well as the length and frequency of lesson.

Payments can be made through your ParentsWeb account or in person. Credit card and debit card payments through ParentsWeb include a 2.85% transaction fee from credit card merchants. Payments made with a checking account online do not include a transaction fee, nor via cash or check in person. Omaha Conservatory of Music no longer accepts credit card payments in person or over the phone -- all credit card, debit card, and checking account transactions must be completed through your ParentsWeb account.

Payments can be made annually, bi-annually, or monthly. A one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee is assessed at the time of enrollment. There is a $5 per month processing fee per family for monthly payment plans.

• Annual – Full payment at time of registration
• Bi-annual – Half payment at time of registration, half due February 1st
• Monthly Payment Plan – 11 monthly payments (September to July). Note: for students who begin mid-year, tuition will be divided between the number of consecutive months included from the start date through July.

There will be a late fee of $10 per month for payments received after the 10th of the month. OCM reserves the right to suspend or discontinue instruction of any student who is delinquent in fulfulling his/her financial obligations at any time during the semester.
